(ABOUT GEOFF)
A Whole-Body Approach to Pain, Movement & Recovery
For more than three decades, I’ve helped people understand why their bodies hurt and what they can do to move better. As a Registered Massage Therapist in Calgary, my approach combines hands-on Neuromuscular Therapy with personalized corrective exercise based on posture, alignment, and movement.
I believe lasting improvement starts by looking beyond the painful area. By assessing how the body works as a connected system, I identify patterns that may be contributing to pain or restricted movement and create practical strategies designed around each person.

EXPERIENCE & PHILOSOPHY
My career began in 1989 and has included more than three decades of clinical experience working with people experiencing acute injuries, chronic pain, and movement limitations. In 1991 and 1992, I also had the opportunity to work and travel with the Vancouver Canucks as a member of the NHL team’s coaching staff.
Over the years, I’ve worked with professional athletes, performers, and people from all walks of life. Those experiences taught me that treating where it hurts is not always enough. That belief ultimately led me to develop the Alignment First Protocol© — an approach that combines assessment, hands-on therapy, and corrective exercise to address the body as a connected system.
